Shop Policy

Starting April 2019, we have officially switched to vinyl matte paper. Stickers are now printed on smooth vinyl paper and are waterproof. Please note that this paper is non-removable. This paper provides great quality prints and colors.

All stickers come pre-cut, they are kiss cut and ready to peel and use! 

Our current processing time is 1-15 business days, please note that this does not include shipping time.

All products are personally packaged and shipped by me from California, USA.

Yes we do! We ship worldwide as long as USPS can ship to your address. Starting from February 11, 2019, we will start requesting that international orders have a minimum value of $5 (before shipping).

This new policy is a result of the following reasons: we actually cover around $3-4 of the international shipping cost -- this includes the part of the shipping fee and shipping supply. Additionally, there are credit card processing fees for every transaction.
We truly appreciate every order we receive but we actually lose money on international orders with only one or two items, such as a single sticker sheet or washi tape. 

We truly appreciate your understanding regarding our new policy.

Domestic Orders (United States)

First Class:

- 5-10 business days delivery time (not including processing time)
- includes tracking
- no insurance
- optional add on: signature confirmation

Priority Mail:

- 3-5 business days delivery time (not including processing time)
- includes tracking services
- insurance up to $100.

First Class Package:

- 1-4 weeks delivery time
- includes tracking and delivery confirmation in most countries 
- no guaranteed insurance but this service is very reliable because there is delivery confirmation in most countries.

Express Mail International:

- around 1 week delivery (depends on destination)
- includes tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance for your full purchase and signature confirmation
- please note that this service is sent through DHL, not the regular post office.

Unfortunately I wish that I could control the post office prices, but I have no control over the prices. The prices you see on our shop for first class mail is already discounted -- we cover around 25% of the shipping cost for international orders + this doesn't include shipping supply (mailers, bubble wrap, labels etc.).

We hope for your understanding, our best suggestion is to find a friend to order with! You can easily half the cost of shipping that way. 

We current offer 4 different types of shipping, 2 for domestic and 2 for international orders. Please see previous questions for more details.

We ship our orders securely in bubble mailers as needed.

If you have special requests regarding the packaging of your order, please send us an inquiry before making an order. You can send us an email at support@paperkumaco.com.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services.

Please note that any corrections made to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, there cannot be any revisions made -- this includes: order content, shipping address, shipping name, email, phone number etc.

During sale periods, corrections may not be able to be accomodated due to volume of sales.

Paperkumaco is not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong address input.

If it has been over 3 weeks (domestic) or 8 weeks (international) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact us at support@paperkumaco.com to see if we can do anything.

Please note, PAPERKUMACO is NOT responsible for lost mail. We are not able to provide any refunds if your order gets lost. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer can control it and it is the post office's responsibility. By making a purchase with our shop, you acknowledge this risk.

If you are worried about your package getting lost, we recommend that you get insurance for your package. For domestic orders, you can add insurance by choosing priority mail (up to $100) at checkout. For international orders, please contact us to purchase insurance for your order. 

Please note, if your package is returned to us for any reason (including wrong address input), we will require a re-payment of shipping fees to resend to you. If not, we will provide a refund with a 20% restocking fee (please note shipping costs cannot be refunded). 

The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs, taxes or fees to receive package. We will not ship any international orders without a customs form.

Please note we do not allow any refund/ cancellations once your order has been placed. All sales are final.

You have 5 business days upon receiving your items to report anything wrong with the products. This includes missing items from your order or defects in your products. Please email us with photos of the defect and your order number. For missing products, please be sure to include a video of the package being opened to make missing item claim. 

For liability reasons, once this 5 business day (1 week) period passes, we can no longer offer you a resend of the products or issue a full refund. We hope that you are understanding of our policy.

Please note that we will use the delivery date noted through your package tracking to determine your delivery date.
