Starting August 2018, we have officially switched to premium matte paper. Stickers are now printed on buttery smooth and waterproof. Please note that our new paper is non-removable. Our new paper provides great quality prints and colors. All stickers come pre-cut, they are kiss cut and ready to peel and use! 

We are not taking custom requests at this time. Thank you for your interest.

Our current processing time is 5-10 business days, please include that this does not include delivery time.

All products are personally packaged and shipped by me from California, USA.

We current offer 5 different types of shipping, 2 for domestic and 3 for international orders.

We ship our orders securely in mailers as needed. If you have special requests regarding the packaging of your order, please send us an inquiry before making an order. You can send us an email at

Domestic Orders (United States)


- 5-10 business days delivery time

- comes with tracking

- option to add on insurance at checkout 

Priority Mail:

- 3-5 business days delivery time

- comes with tracking and

- insured up to $100.

International Orders

Standard Mail:

- 4-10 weeks delivery time

- includes tracking but not delivery confirmation -- tracking usually stops working once arrived in destination country

- orders using this service go through a service facility to be shipped in batches to destination country

First Class Package:


- 1-4 weeks delivery time

- includes tracking and delivery confirmation in most countries goes to straight to destination country. 

Express Mail International:

- around 1 week delivery (depends on destination)

- includes tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance and signature confirmation

- we use DHL for this service, not the local post office.

If it has been over 3 weeks (domestic) or 8 weeks (international) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact us at to see if we can do anything.

Please note, PAPERKUMACO is NOT responsible for lost mail. We are not able to provide any refunds if your order gets lost. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer can control it and it is the post office's responsibility. By making a purchase with our shop, you acknowledge this risk.

If you are worried about your package getting lost, we recommend that you get insurance for your package. For domestic orders, you can add insurance on at checkout or choose priority mail (up to $100). For international orders, please contact us to purchase insurance for your order. 

The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs, taxes or fees to receive package. We will not ship any international orders without a customs form.

Please note we do not allow any refund/ cancellations once your order has been placed. All sales are final.

You have 3 business days upon receiving your items to report anything wrong with the products. Once that 3 business day passes, we can no longer help you solve any issues with the products. Please note that we will go off what the tracking says for delivery date.
