Our VIP program first started in September 2018, we have given this program a refresh since March 2021.
How It Works
+ Our loyalty program is our way of showing our loyal customers our appreciation with some bonus goodies!
+ All customers who have an account on our website and place an order on our website are qualified to join the program, no additional sign up needed!
+ Your progress towards VIP status is automatically tracked. Feel free to reach out via email (support@paperkumaco.com) with the name on your customer account to check on your progress at any time.
How to qualify
+ Place 5 orders on our website in total (over any time period).
+ Orders must be made with the same customer account on our website. You must be logged into your customer account when placing the order for it to qualify.
+ Each order must have a value of at least $15 USD (shipping, discounts and tax not included).
Rewards
+ Exclusive VIP rewards include: discount codes, sneak peek items, additional freebies in your orders exclusive samplers and more. To redeem any available freebies, please leave a note in your qualifying orders mentioning that you want to redeem a VIP reward, you may only redeem a specific VIP reward 1x only.
+ VIP rewards vary depending on the time period and availability. Rewards may be changed without notice.
